With 2 large living areas plus a kids retreat, there is room for everyone!
The main living area is home to a large wall mounted tv, reverse cycle air conditioning, but most importantly it is home to a picture frame floor to ceiling window boasting incredible ocean views.
Watch in awe, as you may just get to experience the incredible whale migration from your living room.
The generous sized main bedroom has a king sized bed, with plenty of room for a porta cot. There is also an ensuite with double vanity.
The second bedroom is home to a queen sized bed and the third is the perfect kids room with a trio bunk.
The large open planned second living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen and butlers pantry, wood fire place, dining area and access out to the fully fenced kid friendly backyard!
Keep the kids entertained without having to bring a thing, there is a childrens play ground out the back, plus the kids/rumpus room is filled with books and toys.
Don't forget to bring the big kids toys along with you!
This property backs onto a local reserve with access through to the 3 car garage. Plenty of secure room for those boats, bikes, kayaks and sup boards!
