Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for large or small family gatherings. When the weather does not cooperate, there are lots of games, books, dvd movie collections, and puzzles. Outside, your crew will be delighted with 2 rear decks, the private pool has outdoor lounging furniture including a picnic table and grill for family enjoyment. Test your skill at the hole in one mini putting green or challenge someone to a corn hole tournament. Fully enclosed outdoor shower, waterway views, covered decks and porches. The main beach access is just a few minutes' walk away. You can also head over to Ferry Park for a day of kayaking on the beautiful waterway. Inside you will certainly enjoy the high-speed internet, home music system, and a large family seating area. The fabulous Primary suite includes a double shower and whirlpool tub. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and Roku TVs (All TV's have streaming capacity for guests to log in and stream their preferred apps). This is smoke-free and NON pet friendly property. Summary: First, we have our own Htg and Clg, business. The household cleaning was not a 4-5, rate. Toilet we’re not clean at base. The filter grill were very dirty,The oven did not work. Seemed like general maintenance needs to be done.
