The large kitchen features 2 double ovens, and the dining area and lounge are perfect for hosting elegant dinner parties. Everything is modern and up-to-date, and the house exudes warmth and sophistication. With parking for 4 cars and a total area of about 320 sq meters, this property is truly one-of-a-kind. the property sits on around 2600 square meters of land .
the back part of the rear garden is around 1000 square meters and plenty of room for children to play safe and kick a ball around. please note the swimming pool isnt fenced so children need to be supervised at all times.

The grounds are looked after with the pool and and visits will be around 3 times a week early in the morning. this keeps the property safe and clean all the time. cleaners also attend to clean the property twice a week. lining changes are done every 7 days.
