Spacious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom multi level townhome at Mount Washington Place, at Bretton Woods and the Mount Washington Resort.

Two master suites on the upper level(1 bathroom has a 2 person hot tub), large open floor plan, living room fireplace and updated kitchen on the main level along with an additional bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Lower level has large great room living room and two bedrooms , Shared bathroom with steam shower. One bedroom has a queen bed in the other bedroom has bunkbeds full full size. Both the main level living room and the lower level living room have brand new large flatscreen Wi-Fi TVs. The Mt Washington Place Townhomes are associated with Bretton Woods and the Omni mount Washington resort. The Omni Mt Washington resort has lots of wonderful amenities open to the public such as golf courses restaurants and shopping.
The main level and lower level has two brand new large flat screen tv's with WI-FI and stream Youtube tv.
The Mt Washington Place Town Homes are a wonderful family area. The Resort is an absolutely amazing place that you will surly fall in love with. They have numerous activities for kids, a game room, multiple restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, and breath taking views for you to relax with your favorite cocktail. There is also a great swimming hole on the river just a mile west on rt 302. The townhome comes loaded with everything you will need for a great stay, towels, kitchen where, grill utensils, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soaps at each sink, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand towels, washing mashing detergent and dryer sheets. We do not offer personal soaps, shampoos, or hygiene products. *The main level and lower level have brand new big flat screen tv's with wi-fi capability and youtube tv entertainment packages. *The main level sofas's have slip covers that are change are each use. *There is a rechargeable light weight vacuum on the main level for guest to use and keep the townhome tidy. *Checkout is at 10:30am. Guest's are welcome to start a load of laundry before they leave but not required. *Dishes are to be cleaned and put away, or at the very least put in the dishwasher and run on a cycle prior to check out. *Smoking is not permitted within 20 feet of the townhome. If cigarettes are found on or in the property a $50 fee will be added. *Fireworks are also not allowed per the association ordinance. If fireworks are lite off or found on the property a $50 fee will be added. *Parties are not allowed as part of the association ordinance. If we receive evidence of a clear "party", a $100 fee will be added. *Trash and recycling must be separated and brought the the trash & recycling station at the Bretton Woods Ski Resort. It is located behind the first building on the right as you pull into the skit resort clearly marked with signs. The is very important, trash or food cannot be left outside at any time because of wildlife. In particular, bears. *There is a brand new grill on the deck for guest to use, however it must be cleaned after use so it does not attract wildlife. If the cleaning team finds a grill not cleaned and covered in leftover food, a $100 fee will be added. *We are happy to allow dogs. Small dogs are $50 and large are $100 for extra cleaning. They are not allowed on the furniture. If there is excessive dog hair found on the furniture or carpets, a $75 will be added. Although the maximum amount of guest's allowed are 12, we do charge a fee for extra guests after 8 adults.
*Accidents do happen and we understand this, if something is broken, stained, ripped, or lost, please inform us right away, this is a requirement. If for example a sheet is accidentally ripped, and the guest informs the host in a timely manner, we will only charge to replace the sheet or item. If we fined missing items or damages after the quest checks out, we will keep the entire security deposit.
Parking is only permitted in front the unit. The is enough room for 3 cars. Please do not park in front of unit 64. The is overflow parking at the entrance to the townhomes.
