This "Eagle's Nest" Modern Mansion is perched on the hill overlooking SD Bay & Downtown. We are event friendly and offer event planning services to fully curate and cater your event to ensure an unforgettable experience. We put a lot of love and detail into our home, and we are honored to share it with you. Please see photos for some examples.
Mission Hills is an opulent community located in the heart of San Diego (above Old Town) and easily accessible from the freeway and majority of major SD attractions.
Walk to some of San Diego's finest restaurants and bars in a very friendly and welcoming community. Neighbors are extremely friendly and are always available if ever in need of anything including a cocktail.
Home is 4b/3.5b but 1 small room is used as a fashion gallery so unavailable for use.
The home has 3 levels:
- Penthouse Floor - Master Bedroom has a Cal King Restoration Hardware Bed with gas fireplace, sitting area, and desk. The room connects to a spacious walk in Cherry Wood closet and the Master-Bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower and his and her sinks.
- The Main Floor - Front door opens to a entertainment areas, circular panorama room for a secondary eating area, 2 gas fireplaces in the front area and living room area, modern kitchen with high-end appliances and woodwork cabinetry, and distressed and natural stone flooring. Shattered Glass dining room connects to the 1/2 bath and 60" TV and Game Center room (Xbox/Wii) and 2 balcony areas with BBQ and outdoor furniture for lounging/entertaining
- 2 Vast balcony areas with views, lounge, and can be set up for events
- Residential (1st) Floor - 3 bedrooms (all w/ smart LCD TV's)

>2: Queen w/ private backyard access & Jack/Jill full bath w/ 3rd br (sleeps 2)
>3: 2 Full beds & walk-in closet. (sleeps 4 or 2 couples/kids each bed)
>"Candy room": (sleeps 1) for sitting, sleeping, or contemplating the infinite :0). Queen opens out to the backyard grass area with fairy lights, privacy bamboo wall & large jacuzzi.

Home is perched on the Downtown/Bay facing hill in Mission Hills community w/ walking access (5 min) to iconic San Diego restaurants, bars, market, & cafe/gelato.
Please be advised, this is an event space and family home w/ children (i.e. Our Primary Residence that we vacate for our guests). The décor is replaced/kept in functional condition and will have family items that may be cleared upon request (i.e. closet space or drawers). Professional mgmt team is committed to ensuring cleanliness, & upkeep, and happy to purchase amenities to your specific needs. Wear & tear is minimal.
