2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and a common area with full kitchen. Laundry is in unit and shared with upstairs neighbors (currently the owners). We live in a totally separate unit above and are available if you need any assistance during your stay.
One bedroom has a comfortable king size pillow top bed and the other has a comfortable queen size memory foam bed. Both rooms have usb charging stations, lamps, a closet, and a smart tv. The queen room also has a desk for remote work.
The living room includes a tv with HDMI cables and a few card games.

You’ll have two dedicated parking spots and access your space from a garden level entrance at the rear of the home.
You also have exclusive access to the backyard. We hope you enjoy the outdoor living area which includes 4 patio chairs, a propane fire pit and roasting sticks, a treehouse, and swing.
As mentioned above, we live upstairs. We apologize in advance for any noise and crying you may hear as we have two small children. They are in bed by 7-8pm and generally wake up around 7am. We do our best to keep the noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 7am (quiet hours), and are often out of the house. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
