Old Greenwood’s golf course is designed by Jack Nicklaus, this signature golf course is located on 600 acres of lush forest and surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains. In addition to the beautiful views, it’s also a challenging course to play.
The home features a spacious layout, unique finishes and high-end appliances. Distinctive attributes of this home include a large gourmet kitchen, bar, breakfast nook, outdoor fire pit with a large stone patio. Perfect layout for entertaining which has been professionally decorated and exceptionally cozy with 4 gas fireplaces.
Recent upgrades is a mesh system for better internet coverage and a sonos music system throughout the home. Just download the app and connect to our wifi and begin streaming your own music.
New Town of Truckee short term rental policy: this home is now limited to a total of 8 people with a maximum of 10.
Our mountain retreat has 2 bedrooms with kings beds and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Each of the bedrooms has it's own bathroom and a half bath is located in the media room or TV room as some call it.
The Media Room and all Bedrooms have flat screen T.V.'s.
Other amenities include a video game table with 65+ games, ping pong, electronic basketball & corn hole in garage for summer fun, board game closet with a ton for all to enjoy, chess/checker table and so much more!
The Pavilion, located on the Old Greenwood property is a short drive or walk from the house.
The following Old Greenwood third-party amenities are as follows: The Pavilion's Bearfoot Bar & Grill, adult lap pool with summer poolside service, 2 outdoor hot tubs, family-friendly pool with water features & play area, locker rooms with showers & steam rooms. Also at Old Greenwood you will find basketball & bocce courts inquire at front desk for there locations.
The fitness facility and movement studio has several different types of fitness classes see monthly schedule at check in. The club fees currently are $75 per day (subject to change) and will be included in your quote unless told otherwise. (food & beverages are not included in daily club fee)
The Pavilion also has a spa, tennis courts and golf available to you on a reservation basis and paid by renter at time of service or booking.
With Northstar being only 6 miles away be sure to take advantage of this beautiful resort. At Northstar you can bike and hike the mountain in the summer, ski in the winter and shop, drink and relax any time of the year! FYI Our home undergoes a cleaning and has a 48 hour hold after each clean to keep all guests safe with the understanding that it is a "rent at your own risk" situation.
