This 4 bed villa is in a convenient location between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lower floor has the open plan living room and kitchen. This features comfortable seating with tv and a large dining table seating 8 people.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and bathroom and the upstairs has 2 bedrooms both ensuite . The kitchen is fully equipped with oven , hob , microwave , dishwasher and washing machine. There is also plenty of equipment, cutlery and and glassware for your use .
The terrace is accessed from patio door to another large dining area for alfresco meals. The pool is right beside the seating area making it easy to enjoy a drink while the children are swimming.
The area outside has several bars and restaurants within very close proximity to the villa. The communal pool is also right outside the house entrance which mean you can also enjoy pool days and the children can make friends during their holiday . The beach is a short distance away and Wazza beach club is also close by. The local bus runs every 30 minutes to La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola which has an aqua park and Miramar shopping centre with shops restaurants cinemas and childrens attractions .
