The home boasts a new media room complete with large screen TV and a record player to suit family time. A large, well lit, screened in back porch overlooking a private back yard to spend the evening enjoying the night sounds of cicadas or to start a fire for roasting marshmallows in backyard fire pit. The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops, a cushioned breakfast nook with pillows, and a new coffee and drinks station. Both full bathrooms have been updated with new tub/shower, and vanities. There are also beach chairs and towels ready for the quick 11 mile drive to Tybee Beach for the day!
