This is a beautiful home located right in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley with every amenity that you'll need. In addition to the central location of this home, the yard is one of the best parts about this home.
The home has three levels with five bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main level has the master bedroom located on it, which has one of the bathrooms attached to it. The upper level has one large bedroom. The lower level has three bedrooms and a large entertainment room, and also has its own exterior door that leads to the back yard and parking area. There are two TV areas: One larger TV located in the entertainment room, which has two sofas and a large bean bag and is located on the lower level of the home. The second is a small TV in the living room, which has two sofas and is located on the main level of the home. Both TVs have multiple streaming services (HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc) for free. The home is equipped with ultra-fast internet service that easily reaches every room in the house.
As you can tell from the pictures, the fully-fenced private back yard is an oasis with a covered patio, a sun deck, a giant jungle gym, an herb garden, and fruit trees. There is plenty of parking for several vehicles, including larger ones, and the back yard is fully-fenced and dog-friendly.
This property is very large and in addition to the main house, there is a tiny cottage located in the back of the property. We occasionally rent that cottage out on a monthly basis to our corporate clients, and you might see them on the property. They have their own outdoor area separate from yours, and they DON'T have access to the big back yard or the the hot tub. Those are yours and are located on your part of the large property. The only shared space is the parking area, which is large enough for many cars, so it's not an issue.
