About this space
Newly constructed 4 bed / 3 bath suite ocean views from the dining/roof deck in Bradley Beach! Great family get away with upgraded finishes including glass door showers, soaker bath tub, full kitchen, living room and separate game room w/ kitchenette & convertible dining/pool table, TVs for streaming & free wifi, washer/dryer and separate zoned heating/AC climate control for each living area. Two blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to the train, 10 minute walk to Asbury Park boardwalk & restaurants!
The space
It's a bright sun filled space perfect for couples, full families and friends just trying to escape to a beach town. It's a quite neighborhood by a non commercial beach which really makes for a special atmosphere. My wife and I recently built this house as a peaceful escape from city life... while our family is still small, we thought we'd share this space with others so you too can enjoy this great spot to relax :-)
Main Floor:
Head up the staircase upon entry to the main living space. This includes the main living room, dining table and full kitchen & full bathroom. Up the stairs on the next level is the game room w/ full bathroom & kitchenette that leads out to the dining deck complete with gas grill. From the dining deck, there is an outdoor stair case that leads up to the roof deck complete with lounge chairs and a sectional couch.
There are 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen Bed w/ 2 petite walking closets & double vanity, shower and soaker tub master bath.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed w/ closet and twin trundle
Bedroom 3: (Bunk Room) 4 Beds = Full Bed w/ Twin Bunk & Two Twin Bunk Beds
Bedroom 4: 2 Full Beds
Guest access
Side entrance with electronic keypad that works with a personal access code for entry that will expire at the time of checkout.
Other things to note
An additional air-mattress is available upon request.
An additional/separate Owner's area of the ground floor will be sealed/locked.
