Spacious updated single family home with Huge Private Pool (14 X 33 size). 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Single family Beach Home. Less than a block from the beach access at the end of the island called "The Point". Superior fishing, surfing and shelling at this location. Ocean Peek view and sound view. Huge private pool offers lounge chairs, grill, picnic area & Tiki bar - landscaped pool area as well! Wrap around decks on both levels of home. Covered parking underneath home.
LEVEL ONE: foyer, four bedroom and three baths. Master Bedroom with king & private bath. Bedroom #2 with 2 queens has private bath. Bedrooms #3 with Double Twin Bunk Bed and Bedroom #4 with Twins share a hall bath.
LEVEL TWO: Huge living area with surround sound views and ocean peak. Wrap porch with furniture and cover makes this a relaxing experience. 5 Color Cable TV's and high speed internet.
Gas grill provided (gas not provided) and outdoor dining table. Sorry, no smoking inside or pets allowed. Rents from Sunday to Sunday WEEKS ONLY! LINENS PROVIDED in Prime Season (June 8-August 3 full price weeks only).

Summary: Have vacationed in the outer banks and Carolinas for 30+ years. Overall the home is in an excellent location with a nice size private pool. But I can say I would not rent again. The cleanliness of the home was not up to standards we cleaned our own bathrooms upon arrival. The beds are extremely worn and the room with the 2 queens had one bed with 2 mattresses the top noted to have a large stain and we had to put the second mattress on top. After check in we read the materials and it said to contact them within 2 hours if not satisfied. By this time it was 4 hours after arrival and we had addressed the cleanliness issues ourselves. The canopy in the front upper deck is Non existent unlike the pictures also the “tiki bar” had parts of the roof gone. I never give a bad review but for the cost in comparison with what we have gotten in the past this was disappointing.
