OUR 3BR/2BA LUXURY CONDO IS LOCATED OFF MT. ROSE HWY FIFTEEN MINUTES FROM THE ATLANTIS CASINO
AND THE MT ROSE SKI RESORT.
THIS HOME HAS A LARGE OPEN FLOOR PLAN WITH A 55 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV AND DINING FOR FOUR TO SIX.
THE KITCHEN IS FULLY FURNISHED AND HAS A DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR, DISHWASHER AND ASSORTED SMALL
APPLIANCES. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS ALSO FULLY FURNISHED.
THE MASTER BEDROOM IS ON A NICE BALCONY, HAS A 55" FLAT SCREEN TV QUEEN BED AND AN ATTACHED BATH WITH SEPARATE TUB AND SHOWER. THE SECOND BEDROOM ALSO HAS AN ATTACHED BATH AND FLATSCREEN TV AND QUEEN BED. THE THIRD BEDROOM IS A LOFT BEDROOM WITH QUEEN BED AND FLATSCREEN TV.
THIS HOME HAS A TWO CAR GARAGE BUT ON STREET PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THIS HOME HAS A MAXIMUM OCCUPENCY OF SIX.
THIS COMMUNITY IS A SECURE GATED COMMUNITY WITH GYM AVAILABLE AND POOL AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER.
