Summary: Nice and safe area, not too far from the ocean, Boynton Beach and Delray Beach. Large 3 bedroom house with terrace, pool, backyard and garage. Large nicely equipped kitchen Few issues: barbecue had only one of four burners and did not look clean. Coffee pot did not work. The pool is advertised as a heated pool but the heating stops on March 1 so the water temperature was not high enough to enjoyi swimming.
