Comprising of a large open plan living/dining ( seating for10 ) with big screen TV and Blu Ray relax and enjoys the water views and birdlife, under cover outdoor entertaining area with great BBQ ( seating for 10 )
All 3 bedrooms are a good size with built-in robes the master features an ensuite and walk-in robe.
The modern kitchen is well appointed and includes crockery and cutlery for 12, dishwasher, coffee machine and gas cook top, separate family room with big screen TV and futon perfect for the children.
Main bathroom with double size shower and separate bath, separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.
Additional features included: ducted R/C air conditioning, private pontoon to moor the boat and off street parking for 4 cars. Please note the garage is not available for use.

Summary: Out side bins were left full ,with fly's and bees flying around on lids. Very smelly left on front kirb at house, and not emptied out over weekend. Some cobwebs in 1st bedroom close to dinning room. kitchen neat and clean, some chipped cups and rusty fork. Very dusty at back entertainment area.
