Sprawling grounds on the 1/2 acre estate lead to a heated pool and over 80' of private beach frontage. Complete relaxation at last.
Inside, the first level features an open floor plan that has access to the wrap-around porch that catches breezes from every angle. The open kitchen and bar makes it easy to entertain old acquaintances as well as new friends. Sout Off the master bedroom is a second balcony with unsurpassed views of the blue green waters of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as Alligator Light. The second guest bedroom has another king sized bed, and the final guest bedroom features two queen sized beds.
Easy access community boat ramp 150' feet down the road, with plenty of room to store trailer on property.
