Positive: Very clean rental in a residential area in Calgary. There is a really cool play structure just around the corner that entertained kids young and old. The Lotus restaurant had delicious Indian food nearby. Parking was easy. The beds were comfortable and it perfectly fit our family of 5.
Negative: There are other tenants downstairs with an inside (locked) door to separate the properties. We could hear them at times (and they could likely hear us) as the door was not sound-proof.
