The Estates are the exclusive development of single homes to the left of the gate house as you enter King's Creek resort. These homes feature the décor and details expected in luxury vacationing. There is a patio and balconies to experience a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There are two master bedrooms, one standard bedroom with a private bath, and 2 sleeper sofas. Large whirl pool tubs adorn each master bedroom suite. Sleeper sofas are located in the living rooms. The living rooms and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's. There are three washers and dryers. Two dishwashers...AND two kitchens! The kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, granite counter tops, and an outdoor gas grill.
