3 bedroom beach cottage with one master suite with spacious bathtub and separate shower, 2 extra bedrooms with second bathroom. French style kitchen with adjacent sitting area. Floor plan approx. 1750 sq. ft. Spacious lounge, dining room and French country kitchen with adjacent sitting area, breaks up the living spaces. Front garden with leafy shady trees and rope swing. BMW X5 SUV also available for use ON REQUEST. Beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellas available. Please note this is my home and has personal effects, books, photos, clothing (in some of the bedroom cupboards).

Summary: This property worked well for our three-night stay -- Grandma and Grandpa in the master bedroom, with relatively large private bath (lots of counter space); adult daughter, her husband, and twin 4-year-old boys in the other two bedrooms with their own bath, albeit small. A rope swing and soccer ball in the front yard provided a mini-playground for the boys, and the living room and kitchen provided indoor room to roam. We did no cooking, so can't comment on the kitchen amenities. Lots of interesting books to thumb through. Handy Torrance location, just off of Pacific Coast Highway.
