This tropical beach villa is located in the beautiful resort community of Villas del Mar in Loiza, just 30 minutes from the SJU airport, 20 minutes from El Yunque National Park, 40 minutes from Old San Juan and within 1 hour of most attractions on the east side of the island.
Your beach home for the next several days has 3 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms and is able to comfortably host up to 8 guests.
The Bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. Lastly, the third bedroom features two charming twin bunk beds. It’s great for kids.
- After a long and exhausting day exploring the many attractions the island has to offer, you’ll be delighted to rest and recharge in a comfortable memory foam mattress, available on both queen beds.
The Living Room:
- The living room has a comfortable sectional couch and features a 65 inch flat screen TV. You can find Netflix, Disney, Hulu and many other entertainment apps (subscription required).
The Kitchen:
- Let the chef in you be inspired and make use of a variety of stainless steel appliances, including a full size stove/oven combo, fridge, microwave and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality utensils, porcelain plates, stainless steel pots and pans, glassware and cup sets for up to 8 persons. Additionally, we provide a coffee maker and a nutribullet blender.
The dining area:
- Enjoy home cooked meals, play board games and create the fondest memories at the 8 seat dining table. The flat screen T/V can extend out and swivel to face the dining area, if watching a movie while having dinner is preferred.
Semi-outdoor areas:
- Enjoy the calming effect of the sea breeze and hear the waves crash on the shoreline at one of two balconies. The front balcony faces the sunrise, and is perfect to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The back balcony is more serene and private, facing a beautiful array of palm trees. It is a much larger space and contains a patio set for 4 persons, a beautiful swing chair and a ceiling fan. It’s the perfect place to gather in the late afternoon and enjoy a nice conversation.

- Stay connected to the rest of the world with a dedicated high speed wifi. We also provide a washer/dryer combo and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
Guest access
You’ll have full access to all amenities provided by the complex! including:
- 2 pools, jacuzzi, half basketball court, tennis court, beach volleyball court, club house, gym, playgrounds and several gazebos. We’ll provide you with a key to access the two pool areas and the private beach. There are 2 free assigned parking spots provided.
Other things to note
- The condo is located on a third floor and there is no elevator available.
- A car rental is advised, since public transportation is almost non-existent in P.R and taxis/UBER can be expensive.
- Rain storms can be unexpected in this area, please close all windows when leaving the property.
- Please ONLY park on the two assigned parking spots, otherwise your vehicle may be subject to towing.
- Puerto Rico is a warm, humid tropical country and consequently, mosquitos abound, especially in the evenings. Please ensure that you keep doors closed to prevent them from getting inside the property.
