Centrally located, you have direct access to Shoal Bay Beach just 60m from your door, and the calm swimming waters at beautiful Little Beach are only a 250m stroll in the other direction. Dine over the water at Little Beach Boathouse or take advantage of the BBQ and picnic facilities on the reserve and take the kids for a play at the playground, then wander on back to your apartment to relax. You're also just 2km from the hive of activity in Nelson Bay, with restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and your choice of aquatic activities from the d'Albora Marina.

Summary: This pictures on the listing do not show this apartment is badly in need of a renovation or refurbish : the bathrooms and kitchen are from the 70s or 80s, including the furnishings. Everything was old and a bit shabby and very poorly appointed: hardly any dishwashing liquid or even toilet paper - everything felt cheap and old and furnished at Vinnies. Price or pictures do not reflect that honestly.
