Summary: Well, for those who book on VRBO and end up with NYCShortStays you should know you will not get your check in details until about 45 minutes before your check-in time. They also charge very high fees if you want an early check-in time. It was 229 to check-in two hours before our scheduled time. We didn't get to stay in the original property that we booked on the upper west side because the ceiling caved in the bathroom right before we arrived, so they gave us another property in Hell's Kitchen which ended up being full of beds. There were beds in the living room and the kitchen. It would easily sleep 11 people, but it only had 1 tiny bathroom. There was very limited seating for eating or relaxing. It was just a very odd setup. It could be a very nice cozy space if they weren't so concerned about how many people could sleep there. It was not a quiet area so if you are looking for that this is not the place for you. The location ended up being great as far as being close to Broadway, Time Square, and the Subway. I would not stay here again, but if you had a large group that needed lots of beds this could work for you.
