Welcome to our beautiful static caravan in Brean Sands. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Holiday Resort Unity is a family Holiday Park. No workmen or any commercial vehicles allowed or groups of young adults or same sex groups (more than 3 is classed as a group), hen or stag parties. This property has an electric fire and gas central heating to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the enclosed private garden.
As a self-catering caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. With patio doors leading to a wrap around decking which has recently been installed end of January 2024. I will upload photo's shortly
The caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with bedsides tables wardrobe and dressing table with hairdryer.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds side by side bedside cabint between beds and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds in a L-shape making this bedroom very roomy.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. Both leading of the hallway.
A hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
We provide mattress protectors for all beds and pillows, and duvets and pillows for all beds. Please bring the correct amount of bedding with you ie fitted sheet duvet covers double and single and pillowcases.
You do have the option to hire bedding for an additional cost if required.
As we have 6 rentals so we do not keep travel cots or high chairs in any of our rentals. You will need to request before your stay. These items are free.
Free Wi-Fi in the caravan but please bear in mind the signal may dip in and out as Brean is well known for poor signal.
We also offer a early checkin from 12.30pm for an additional cost but you will need to check with Host if available.
Parking up to two cars outside caravan. No commercial vehicles allowed on site unless they have rear side windows.
Passes are no longer compulsory and can be purchased as and when needed from reception. If you wanted passes for the duration of your stay and for all guests we can pre book on your behalf passes start from low season 9.00 per adult per day child 5 to 17yrs 6.00 4 years and under go free. These need to be purchased 28 days or less before your holiday commences.
Quilts & pillows are provided only. Guests can bring their own linen. please make sure to bring sufficient bed linen for your needs.
Optional bedding for a additional cost of 12.00 per bed to be made up on arrival or 7.00 per bed to be made up by yourself on adrival.
You have a connivence store, on site, takeaway fish and chip shop and launderette and electric car charging points outside the connivence store. There is also a bike hire shop with various items to hire including wheel chairs and mobility scooters along with bikes etc and a Chinese takeaway.
You will also have access to free wifi around the resort in the entertainment venues.
There is a large enclosed children's play area for all ages to.
No stag or hen parties or same sex groups (more than 3 is classed as a group.
Minimum age for bookings 21+
Come and enjoy your stay with us lots to see and do on site and off site. You are very central for travelling to ie Bath, Devon Cornwall
etc. You have access to local bus routes to Weston-Super-Mare, Burnham-on-Sea. Come and enjoy your stay making memories with family and friends.
