2 Bedroom Condo in Warrior's Mark, Breckenridge

This gorgeous duplex is 3 blocks off of Main Street with a walking trail to the Village off of the Peak 9 lifts. If you're not much of a walker, there are 2 Freeride bus stops on both sides of the property that run every 15 minutes. This will put you on the Brown Line that not only goes directly to Main Street, but also the the base of the Peak 8 Gondola. In the summer, Blue River is in our backyard with ample hiking trails within a stone's throw and plenty of walking paths nearby. There is no bad season to stay here.
The home itself is a 2 story 2br/2ba with a ton of room for your visit. The front door is accessed by lock code so you will have immediate access upon arrival. There is plenty of storage space for coats and gear, featuring a ski closet across from the laundry area. There is also a small courtyard in the front if you choose to leave your ski gear outside. We have a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. A Keurig with 4 coffee pods and tea is also provided. In the living space we have baskets of games and books, along with a swiveled Smart TV. A fireplace with a space for firewood to the right is also featured. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom on your left has a full over full bunkbed and a queen to the side. The bedroom at the end of the hallway is a king. All beds are Beautyrest plush mattresses. Both bedrooms are off of a Jack & Jill bathroom with a closed off toilet and shower space. They both also have large closets to keep your suitcases, clothes, and belongings inside, along with iHome alarm clocks, both with charging usb outlets and bluetooth. Outside of the home you have a large driveway that fits up to 2 vehicles (if you have more than that, please contact and we can make arrangements.) Off of the back deck there is a private deck area with views into a large meadow frequented by wildlife. Blue River is also within a stone's throw.
