1 Bedroom Apartment in Eugene

Wonderful little studio apartment all to yourself. 6 blocks to U of O campus, 1 mile to Hayward field and 1 mile to the Performing Arts Center. Lots of amenities nearby for shopping and eating. The unit is 1A on the bottom left side of the building.
This is a small studio unit but has all you should need for your stay. Code box on the door for easy entry. Parking and laundry facility on-site.
This is your own private unit in my apartment building. Please be respectful of my other full-time tenants.
You can always get a hold of my co-host Amanda or myself thru the airbnb site.
This is a wonderful neighborhood with Vero's Coffeeshop and Cafe, High St. McMenamins Brewery, Pizzerias, and BBQ Restaurant among others just 1/2 block walking. The U of O campus is 6 blocks, Hayward Field is 1.5 miles driving and 1.1 miles walking thru campus and RiverBend hospital is 6 miles. The Performing Arts Center is also 1 mile.
Apt is 2 blocks from the bus route and you can walk or bike everywhere. There is a grab and go bike service and scooters within the block as well.
There is a small modem in this unit on the window sill for my outside security cameras. Please do not unplug or disturb. Thank you as it is for my buildings security.
Quiet hour is 10pm to 8am
Please be respectful at all times to my permanent tenants.
Please be sure to clean all kitchen items and replace in cupboards on your day of departure.
