The owner lives on the property in the back 1 BR, Apartment with a separate entrance from Colonial Classic. The Colonial Classic is for guests to enjoy the full range of the property and house listed. The owner does not use any part of the CC during the stay of guest. The property has three living spaces. The Colonial Classic, Apartment (Owner) and Carriage house for an annual renter.
The owner provides a concierge service for guest, including laundry, daily cleaning, grocery shopping, babysitting and transportation. Please email owner for any questions or price list.
The Colonial Classic is conveniently located in the heart of Saugerties with only a 5 min. walk to WONDERFUL restaurants, eclectic shops & local movie house.
Saugerties Lighthouse, a 5 min. drive.
Diamond Mills, a 5 min. walk and have lunch on the patio over looking the Esopus Falls. It should be on your list to do.
HITS on-the-Hudson is only 6 min. drive.

You’ll LOVE the recently renovated CC with a huge yard and pool. The house offers 1 king size bed in Master, 2nd BR a queen size bed and 3rd has 2 twin beds. Den has a Pottery Barn sleeper sofa and 3 full bathrooms. Sleeps 8
