Located on two homesites at The Ranch at Cordillera, you have 2.25 acres of aspens & conifers falling away to reveal beautiful mountain views while being only 2 minutes from the Club at Cordillera Mountain Golf Course Clubhouse & front gates. The cozy & comfortable home has 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a huge kitchen/morning room & a dining room surrounded with windows; the master suite is on the main level, with the lower level housing the 4 guest suites & family room.
The pet fee of $500 covers steam cleaning. All pets must be approved by the owner prior to booking. One dog is expected, more than that is not guaranteed.
End-of-stay cleaning is $600
Damage deposit is $5000
A flat utility fee of $500 per month covers internet, hot tub, electric, gas, trash-recycling
All stays of 30+ days require a Colorado State-approved lease that will be provided by Vail Village Rentals
