The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances including a 900mm oven and induction cooking. An enormous covered alfresco terrace has a built-in barbecue. Moor your boat on the private jetty and enjoy quick access to the Noosa River and Laguna Bay. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the home is a 10 minute walk to the Noosa River restaurant precinct and a five minute drive to bustling Hastings Street. Outside take full advantage of the dual long water views the alfresco stretches the entire width of the home and includes a built-in barbeque while also stepping down to a water level sunbathing area.
