Welcome to our spacious condo that is perfect for your short-term rental for your stay in Bloomington/Normal, located within 10-15 minutes of many popular locations. This is a 1 bedroom apartment that provides plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.
Experience the energy of city living and the warmth of community in our multi-unit building neighborhood.

The living room is furnished with a large sofa and loveseat to relax while enjoying your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV. There are also patio doors to walk out from the garden level unit. There is 1 spacious bedroom with a king sized bed, a dresser, and a closet. The bathroom is full sized giving you plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized appliances providing you everything you need to make your favorite meals and a dining area that comfortably seats 2.
Laundry is located on the same level as this unit. Machines are coin operated.
You have the entire condo to yourself. You have access to off street parking and one space under the carport. There is a lockbox in the carport for easy check-in.

My office is 5 minutes away, but I do not plan to be on site. I'm easy to reach through the app or by call or text.
