Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood outside of South Lake Tahoe, this cozy Tahoe cabin is a perfect place for a mountain getaway. Open beam ceilings, a wood burning stove, and bedding for ten are a few of the great features. You can't beat the location - centrally located half way between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort as well as close to hiking and minutes to area beaches! We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance. *Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation
