Summary: I stayed at this apartment in mid-May for a week and overall had a great experience. The apartment itself was clean, reasonably modern, and very tidy—perfect for a solo traveler. It was also incredibly peaceful and quiet, with hardly anyone around, even at the two pools on the property. I really appreciated the remote access gate and the helpful brochure provided by Holiday Homes, which made getting in and settled very easy. The location, however, is definitely something to be aware of. It’s situated on the Western Hill above Albufeira, and while the views are lovely, the walk back from the old town is very steep. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issuesthose not up for a bit of a workout after dinner each night! One thing to note: my original booking was cancelled by Holiday Homes and replaced with this apartment, which moved me away from friends. However, it turned out to be a better standard than what
